Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a visit or receiving an initial response does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any proposed work, price, payment arrangements, timing, warranty and cancellation rights will be set out in a written quotation or other job-specific terms. A contract is formed only when those arrangements are accepted and YCS confirms that it will carry out the work.

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate, but its content is general information rather than a survey, design or technical recommendation for a particular property or system. Product availability, specifications, prices and suitability may change and must be confirmed for the job.
